Human secreted OX40, also known asCD134, Tumor Necrosis Factor ReceptorSuperfamily Member 4, and TNFRSF4,GenBank Accession No. NM_003327, a.a.29-216 with C-terminal Avitag™ and Histag,expressed in a HEK293 cell express*tem. This protein is enzymatically biotinlabeledusing Avitag™ technology. MW =23.6 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at ahigher MW by SDS-PAGE due toglycosylation. Biotinylation was confirmed tobe >90%.
